The other night I had a dream where, for some reason, my three favourite films were asked of me. I stated with confidence that they were The Shawshank Redemption, Dead Poet's Society and While You Were Sleeping.
I feel good that my subconscious came up with these movies, partly because I would indeed consider these among my favourites, and partly because I feel like my subconscious is trying to tell me something quite clear by its choice.
I'm off to the library website to request all three...before I watch tonight's consciously chosen: Julie and Julia.
