While in England I visited a second-hand bookshop called Much Ado Books in the lovely village of Alfriston, East Sussex. Cue medieval pub (and let's try to gloss over the fact that the very English bookshop is run by two Americans.)
I got all Wallace-wavey-hands excited about finding a beautifully-vintage, art nouveau-illustrated copy of A Child's Garden of Verse by Robert Louis Stevenson.
