I mean, really, how can I sit in and do lesson-planning when I can glance ahead out the window at the snowy mountains, or up in the sky at a wheeling bald eagle, or listen to the different birds that visit my neighbour's well-stocked bird feeders, or eat the rest of the blueberry crisp I made for my movie night last night. And yet, I am determined to do Fierce Lesson Planning today (grr) so that I can get a bit further ahead (and right now I'm making a crossword for a review class that is actually relatively fun).
Besides which, I was out gardening at A Rocha yesterday all day, planting beans and chard, and transplanting tomatoes, and one can't go out and play every day. So I'd best get back to it.
